Lucas Anastasis
Lucas, originally from Upstate New York but raised in Queens, has always embodied a strong work ethic, deeply rooted in his Greek and Italian heritage. From a young age, he immersed himself in the restaurant and diner industry, where he learned the value of hard work and dedication. He holds a degree in business economics with a minor in computer science, but during his college years, Lucas discovered that his true passion wasn’t in economics—it was in connecting with people, understanding their stories, and fostering growth.
Driven to gain real-world managerial experience, Lucas prioritized hands-on learning and personal development in his career. His upbringing played a significant role in shaping his perspective on hard work, as he witnessed his father sacrifice countless hours, even during holidays and family gatherings, to build a successful diner business. His mother took on the immense responsibility of raising four children, which only deepened his desire to secure financial stability for his family and eventually retire them.
Lucas sees himself as someone who can learn and network with top managers in the country to become a top manager for the organization himself.
Lucas is committed to continuous growth, learning from top managers, and one day becoming a leader within his organization. His passion lies in helping others achieve their goals, and he takes pride in guiding people toward entrepreneurial success, offering them the same opportunities he had. For Lucas, success is not just personal—it's about uplifting others and ensuring they reach their fullest potential.
